The Masking EnginePatent pending
Identifies confidential entities in documents and chat content, presents them for review and approval, and replaces them with stable masked placeholders before transmission to the cloud AI of your choice. Real names are restored locally when the response returns. The original never leaves.
The three-scope Masking Dictionary
Matter-Level (per matter), Local Cross-Matter (per attorney), and Firm (firm-scoped, built and maintained by the Firm Administrator). The boundary between scopes is deliberate; the firm sets the floor, the attorney exercises judgment above it.
Compliance Receipts
Signed, chained, tamper-evident PDFs you produce on demand for regulators, clients, malpractice carriers, or court. Capture who, when, and what kind of action was taken. Never capture the underlying content.
Audited Session Records
Immutable per-turn records of every interaction inside SafeIdea. The substrate Compliance Receipts reference.
The SafeIdea Indexer (Dictionary-only mode)
The Firm Administrator runs it against the firm's seed sources (Google Workspace, Salesforce, DocuSign, M365, Clio, CSV imports) to build and refresh the Firm Masking Dictionary. Full document indexing for a firm knowledge base is a separate professional-services engagement, not in the launch SKU.

Seat assignment. The Firm Administrator assigns and reassigns the email address that uses each seat.

Tell us about your practice. We review applications and admit Charter Customers at our discretion. We do not request payment until you have been admitted.
Application received
We review on a rolling basis and respond by email. If you are admitted during the testing period, you will receive a payment link and a download link in the same message.
If the program opens to all before we admit you individually, you will receive an admission email then. Either way, your Charter Customer pricing is locked for 12 months from your first billing date.
